Alcohol policy: 

Georgia Tech’s full campus alcohol policy can be found here. No outside alcohol and must have licensed bartender. Faculty and staff who want to serve alcohol at their event cannot have undergraduate students attending and must complete this form. Once you receive permission from the University, please forward the approval email to us at events@osp.gatech.edu.

Catering policy: 

Food purchases under $600 can be from any licensed food service provider. Food purchases over $600 for events must use an approved caterer. View the list of approved caterers and related policies here.

Decorations policy:

• To preserve our facilities, the use of glue, tape, tacks, nails, staples, confetti, glitter, or similar products are prohibited.
• Open flames of any kind (e.g. candles, open burners, etc.) are prohibited.
• Nothing may be affixed to any wall surface, glass, equipment, or flooring.
• All posters and signs must be mounted on an easel.
