To improve our cybersecurity posture and support our faculty with federal sponsors, we are collecting information on federal awards that could potentially involve controlled unclassified information (CUI).  

If you received an email titled "Privileged and Confidential - URGENT Request for your immediate assistance", we need you to click one of the Microsoft Forms surveys linked below.  This is a brief 5 question survey and you'll need to copy over the Award or Proposal # provided in the email.  

We need a response for each of your proposals and/or awards, this is why you may have received multiple requests.  Please note the survey questions vary between ‘award’ and ‘proposal’ so select the correct survey link below.  It would be best to copy the proposal or award number provided in the email (including letters and dashes) and paste it directly into the survey.
