Sarah Mills is a contracting officer supporting awards for the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTARC Awards). Sarah earned her JD and MPA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as undergraduate degrees in biology and psychology from the University of Kentucky. She has previously worked in research administration at the University of Kentucky and under industry contracting at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
