Lea Brooks is a Contracting Officer supporting awards for Academic Grants and Contracts Administration (GTRC Awards). Prior to joining OSP, Lea was part of the research administration team for the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering. She also brings experience from Morehouse College and the public sector. Lea received a Bachelors's in Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
