The Office of International Initiatives has announced the launch of the Georgia Tech Guide for Responsible International Activities, a new online resource regarding guidelines, policies, and procedures around the Institute’s global activities and partnerships.
The CSS will apply consistent security controls across all desktops, laptops, and servers used to store, process, or transmit Georgia Tech data. The CSS requires that all new and existing systems used for project, research, and regulated data meet CSS requirements.
As a result of the FY25 Single Audit, the Institute had a finding related to individual travel costs and effort reflected on sponsored awards. Effort on a sponsored award at Georgia Tech is reflected through the charging of an individual’s salary to either the grant itself or to a contractually obligated cost share grant line linked to the main award.
